Lettings Property Coordinator

Salary: £23k + profit share (£25k OTE) + company benefits

Location: Tunbridge Wells.

MUST have full drivers’ licence and own transport to apply!

Do you want to work for a well-established, reputable estate agency that offers a friendly and supportive and friendly working environment? if so, I have an exciting opportunity within my clients successful Lettings department based in their branch Tunbridge wells.

You will already have a genuine passion for the property industry and ideally have some proven background in lettings.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing within incoming phone calls from applicants, landlords and tenants.
  • Diary management - booking in appointments.
  • Assisting in the organisation of general repairs and maintenance.
  • Scheduling and attending periodic inspection visits.
  • Administrative support to the property managers.
  • Arranging safety certificates to ensure adherence to health & safety and compliance.
  • Inventory report assessment.
  • Handling deposit claims.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Ideally a property/lettings background with a genuine passion for the industry,
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Confident, personable and a strong team player.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
