This fantastic Property team are seeking a Property Manager / Lettings Coordinator to manage their residential portfolio. You’ll deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensure properties are well-maintained, and build lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with landlords/tenants, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Property Oversight: Conduct inspections, manage maintenance, and liaise with contractors.
  • Compliance: Ensure properties meet health, safety, and legal standards.
  • Lettings Support: Handle tenancy documentation, renewals, and check-ins/outs.
  • Financial Management: Oversee property budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using property software (e.g., Goodlord, STREET, DPS).
About you:
    • Property management experience, especially in residential lettings.
    • Knowledge of property legislation and compliance.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driving licence.
Preferred:
  • ARLA certification or similar qualification.
  • Experience with property management software.
