Role Overview:

As a Legal 360 Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, offering excellent career progression and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions using our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed financial and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the legal sector, or strong experience in a 360 recruitment role.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
