Day to day, you will join a team environment, managing recruitment processes from start to completion. You will undertake combination of :-

Business Development - proactive sales and client account management via phone, email, video and in-person (events, meetings, etc).
Resourcing/Service Delivery - agreeing client vacancy briefings then using bespoke tools to identify, attract and qualify candidates.
Candidate Management - briefing candidates, qualifying suitability, introducing to clients and formatting CVs.
Process Management - Organising interviews, completing pre interview preparations.
Offer/Feedback - negotiating employment offers, delivering post-interview feedback.
Administration - contracts.

£23-27,000 + uncapped bonus = £40,000 OTE Year 1; £45-50,000 Year 2
