- Communicating via phone, email and social media
- 2 years or more proven experience within Recruitment or Sales.
- Ability to show initiative and resilience under pressure (this job can be challenging!).
- Entrepreneurial mindset - can think outside the box and solve problems.
- Have a proven consistent track record of active business development (new client terms signed + account management).
- Experience using 365/Office package in the work place.
- Have a strong personal desire to succeed and achieve.
- Are a strong team player and enjoy a positive, energetic office culture.
