Busy and varied duties - In this role, you will be trained to manage end-to-end recruitment processes; day-to-day using a hybrid transferable skillset covering: sales and account management, customer service and administration, advertising/marketing, and much more.
Duties might range:-
- Sales and business development through telesales, meetings, events and more
- Account management - managing and developing existing clients
- Service Delivery - providing outstanding customer service levels to clients and candidates
- Marketing and candidate attraction - producing content for adverts
- Qualifying candidates for vacancies, pitching roles and building relationships
- Organising interviews, conducting briefings, negotiating feedback and offers
Full training provided - could suit experiences from other sectors
This role suits someone who enjoys being busy, working towards goals and has a love for people!
Central Tunbridge Wells offices, accessible easily by train, bus and car
£24-28,000 + bonus/commission (monthly!) - £40-45,000 OTE year 1; £45-55,000 year 2
