Day to Day you will be include, but not be limited to:

Liaising with clients and candidates to fill roles
Meeting clients
Taking full job briefs
Interviewing and mentoring candidates
Organising interviews
Account managing existing clients and generating new business
Recording video interviews
Creating and sending email campaigns
Utilising social media to find suitable candidates
Communicating via phone, email and social media

About you:

2 years or more proven experience within Recruitment or Sales.
Ability to show initiative and resilience under pressure (this job can be challenging!).
Entrepreneurial mindset - can think outside the box and solve problems.
Have a proven consistent track record of active business development (new client terms signed + account management).
Experience using 365/Office package in the work place.
Have a strong personal desire to succeed and achieve.
Are a strong team player and enjoy a positive, energetic office culture.
