We are looking for an experienced 'Go Getter’ to complement our Consultant team.Day to Day you will be include, but not be limited to:

  • Liaising with clients and candidates to fill roles
  • Meeting clients
  • Taking full job briefs
  • Interviewing and mentoring candidates
  • Organising interviews
  • Account managing existing clients and generating new business
  • Recording video interviews
  • Creating and sending email campaigns
  • Utilising social media to find suitable candidates
  • Communicating via phone, email and social media

About you:

  • 2 years or more proven experience within Recruitment or Sales.
  • Ability to show initiative and resilience under pressure (this job can be challenging!).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - can think outside the box and solve problems.
  • Have a proven consistent track record of active business development (new client terms signed + account management).
  • Experience using 365/Office package in the work place.
  • Have a strong personal desire to succeed and achieve.
  • Are a strong team player and enjoy a positive, energetic office culture.
