Talent Acquisition Administrator

Location: Tunbridge Wells, KentJob Status: Permanent

Summary:

Join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team at GWV Talent Solutions Group, where we drive operational excellence for Gerrard White and Vermelo RPO Practices. Our mission is to centralise expertise, lead change, and innovate to support future business growth. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment lifecycle, onboarding and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Administration: Assist in the employee onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Background Screening: Help to manage background screening checks, identifying alerts and discrepancies that may affect candidate suitability.
  • Right to Work Coordination: Help to ensure all new starter documents are valid and properly verified following the correct internal due diligence processes.
  • Interview Coordination: Support Talent Partners in scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • HR System Management: Administer HR portal and manage ticketing, prioritising queries effectively.
  • Candidate Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR, providing updates and answering queries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring privacy for candidates and clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records within our internal system, Talos.
  • Contractor Support: Provide administration support for contractor onboarding.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Exhibit flexibility by assisting with additional tasks as required.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in customer-focused administrative roles; HR experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high level of IT literacy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with empathy and discretion.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
