Based in our Tunbridge Wells office with the rest of our team of Employee Benefit Specialists, you will support our existing clients and help us to acquire new clients, by:

  • Providing outstanding customer support to our corporate clients and their employees
  • Producing new business proposals for our team of Employee Benefit Consultants
  • Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews and strategy reports for our clients
  • Onboarding new clients and implementing new benefit plans for our clients
  • Developing and learning the skills needed to become one of our successful consultants

Qualifications and experience

  • If you have a degree, that will be great but good A levels will be fine too
  • If you have some experience and qualifications in the Financial Services Industry that would be brilliant, but is not essential
  • You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
