Key responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Support senior consultants in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles
Build relationships with both clients and candidates
Conduct phone interviews and assist with candidate screening
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Develop a thorough understanding of the job market and industry trends
Take part in business development and client meetings

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a bonus, but not essential
