* To actively sell the client's products and services in a professional and structured way, with relevant product presentations, incorporating features and benefits.

* To continuously measure success using sales data against the territory targets set, these will include patients adopted onto our Home Delivery Service.
* To work every Hospital and primary care area as required with the aim of maximizing selling time with customers and minimizing traveling time.
* To be achieving the expected customer daily call rate requirements on territory.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Experience of working against sales targets.
* Proven experienced salesperson in face to face selling environments, working against a daily call rate.
* Experience of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical sales or a clinical background.
* Experience of dealing with the NHS, Hospitals, community and key opinion leaders.
* Understanding of the new NHS landscape which includes ICS and PCN's.
* Driving License.
* Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
