Showroom Manager Location: Tunbridge WellsSalary: Circa £25,000 + Commission (OTE £30k-£32k) Are you a confident and self-motivated retail professional with a passion for high-end products? Join a prestigious, independent retailer in Tunbridge Wells, renowned for its expertise and high regard in the industry. They’re looking for a Showroom Manager to represent their brand, oversee their exclusive range, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Their ideal applicant:

Ideally, you’ll have experience in mid to top-end furniture, or at least a strong interest in luxury retail.
You’re a true people person, confident, and knowledgeable in customer engagement.
You thrive in a solo environment, managing the showroom and high-value orders with precision.
Retail experience is a MUST, and your ability to chase, check, and manage orders will be key.
Your day-to-day will involve maintaining the showroom’s immaculate presentation and handling low footfall but significant, high-value transactions – with some orders reaching £14,000!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a prestigious showroom, ensuring it remains visually impeccable.
Engage with customers, offering a tailored and knowledgeable approach.
Oversee and manage orders, ensuring seamless customer service and timely delivery.
Work independently in a quiet showroom, driving sales and providing a luxurious experience for all visitors.

What We Offer:

Hours: 10:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday
Salary: £25,000 with the potential to earn £30k-£32k with commission.
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme.
