Showroom ManagerLocation: Tunbridge WellsSalary: Circa £25,000 + Commission (OTE £30k-£32k) Are you a dynamic and self-assured retail professional with a passion for premium products?An esteemed, independent retailer in Tunbridge Wells, widely recognised for its excellence, is seeking a Showroom Manager to represent their brand, manage their luxury collection, and provide an outstanding customer journey.Your Ideal Profile:

Preferably, you have prior experience in upscale or mid-range furniture, or at least a keen enthusiasm for high-end retail.
A natural communicator, you exude confidence and expertise when engaging with clients.
You thrive in an autonomous role, efficiently overseeing the showroom and processing high-value transactions.
Retail experience is essential! Your ability to follow up on orders, track progress, and manage sales seamlessly is crucial.
Your daily responsibilities will involve keeping the showroom in pristine condition and handling fewer but high-ticket sales—some exceeding £14,000!

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee a premium showroom, ensuring an exceptional visual standard.
Provide customers with an attentive, tailored, and expert level of service.
Manage sales processes, monitor orders, and ensure a flawless purchasing experience.
Work independently in a calm retail environment, maximizing sales and delivering a luxurious shopping experience.

What’s on Offer?:

Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: £25,000 with commission potential bringing earnings to £30k-£32k
Benefits: 20 days of annual leave + bank holidays, pension contributions
