Sonic Summary

We are currently seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator for our client in Tunbridge Wells on a 3-month contract to start ASAP.
The rate of pay for this position will be negotiated between £21-£23 an hour.
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will support service users from the point of entry into the service and throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
Key responsibilities include providing screening, assessment, recovery planning, and onward referral while promoting community involvement.
An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS will be required for this position, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recoveryjourney;
Providing screening, assessment, andrecoveryplanning and onward referral;
Reducing alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community;
Promoting carer, service user and community involvement;
Providing advocacy for access to partnership services;
Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promotingrecovery, resilience, peer support and self determination.

An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS will be required for this position.
