  • In this role you will participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
  • You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.
  • Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
Requirements:

  • Previous or current experience working with individuals with mental health illnesses is essential.
  • Must have a NVQ level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
