Term Time Teachers are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to work across a range of special needs schools in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Edenbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, and Cranbrook.

Key Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

  • Support students with special educational needs in the classroom
  • Assist teachers with delivering tailored learning plans and activities
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with their lessons
  • Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure the needs of the students are met
