Responsibilities- Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
- Assist in planning and implementing interventions in line with individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students’ academic and emotional development.
- Record and report on student achievements, sharing insights with teachers and parents.
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- A compassionate, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are preferable but not essential.
