We are currently working with a leading FMCG business based in Paddock Wood. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their business on a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning of all stock movement and orders. A vital supporting role in the supply chain process, managing people, processes, and systems to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.Key Responsibilities:Checking stock availability and issuing customer orders for picking at the warehouseTo support the administration process within the warehouseCycle Count issuing and reconciliation, reporting data to the head of supply chainAssist with Production scheduling and capacity planningWorks order processingMonitor inputs vs outputs and timesheetsBatch Sheet checks and sign-offAssist with investigation to identify root causes of stock inaccuraciesGeneral Filing and Production email folder administratorMaintaining all documents relating to the supply chain process per the company's quality requirementsLiaising with logistics on shipping dimensions and collection of goodsReporting material shortages and liaising with procurementPerson Specification:Enjoys working as part of a teamEnthusiastic and hardworking with a focus on providing the best possible servicePrevious experience working in a supply chain or similar role in a manufacturing environmentHigh attention to detail in producing a quality output and able to maintain this when under pressureStock control experiencePresentable, with excellent communication skillsWorks well under pressure - flexible and able to prioritiseStrong IT skills - understanding of ERP systems advantageousDesire to find solutions to problemsHours for this role will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
