Group Travel Executive - French SpeakerOur client, a family-run travel and tourism company, is seeking a Group Travel Executive (French Speaker) to join their team. In this role, you'll oversee group travel bookings from enquiry through to completion. You'll create bespoke travel itineraries, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate all elements of group travel, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and experiences. There will also be opportunities to represent the company at networking events, FAM trips, and trade shows both in the UK and abroad.
Group Travel Executive - French Speaker - What Will I be doing?* Managing group travel enquiries and bookings from the initial enquiry stage to final preparations.* Designing and delivering tailored itineraries to meet client briefs.* Working with suppliers to arrange all aspects of group travel: transportation, accommodation, meals, attractions, guides, and VIP experiences.* Representing our client at trade shows and networking events.
Group Travel Executive - French Speaker - What Experience do I need ?* Experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with a tour operator however our client is also open to applications from recent graduates who are looking to break into the travel industry and have a passion for travel and tourism..* Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential.* Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.* A background in sales or networking, with a talent for building relationships on both the client and supplier side.* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and solid UK geographical knowledge.* A full driving license (essential) and access to a car (desirable).* Willingness to travel and flexibility to attend events outside of standard working hours.
Additional Details* Work Schedule: 4 days a week in the office near Tunbridge Wells, 1 day working from home.* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.* Travel: Some travel within the UK and abroad will be required.* This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a close-knit team where creativity and collaboration are valued.
