Electronic Assembly and Test Technician (Space/Aerospace)
Alexander Associates are working with a leading launch provider in the space industry.
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly and Test Technician to join their team on along term contractbasis.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and integrate electronic systems and components, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance meets design requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of assembly processes and test results.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure project success.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electronic assembly and testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing equipment and PCB assembly.
- Relevant qualifications (BTEC, HND, or equivalent in Electronics or Electrical Engineering).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of aerospace standards is a plus.
