Due Diligence Administrative Assistant – Twickenham, Middlesex. – Permanent – Initial 3 months on-site

This opportunity offers a hybrid working option, 4 days in the office and 1 from home, you will be required to work full time in the office for first 3 months to allow you to gain familiarity with the role and team.

Reed Talent Professionals are supporting an investigation and intelligence services organisation based in Twickenham in the search for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to their Due Diligence team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of a rapidly growing business area, servicing high-value clients with a high volume of work delivered to tight deadlines. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week after an initial three-month period of on-site orientation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Review and approve employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the company’s time management software.
  • Manage the data entry of costs incurred from in-country providers, in-house verifications, and other third parties.
  • Process, organise, and approve monthly client invoice figures.
  • Maintain regular liaison with the internal finance team, external providers, and clients.
  • Assist in maintaining file management, particularly by organising and importing data into the case management system.
  • Consolidate and analyse records from time and file management systems.
  • Provide ad hoc support and assistance with other administrative duties within the due diligence and compliance field.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to handling various information sources.
  • Independent worker with the initiative to manage tasks effectively.
  • IT literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
