As a Service and Installation Engineer, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of advanced medical devices, from manufacturing and maintenance to installation and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will contribute to product design, support manufacturing, and deliver exceptional technical support across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
  • Product repair and hands-on involvement in the manufacturing process.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new medical devices.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and MDR quality management systems.
  • Travel across the UK and Europe to provide customer support.
