We have the perfect role for you! Our client, a well-established specialist within their industry in Twickenham, is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Temporary Bilingual Speaking Telemarketers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential attendees in German
- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet daily call targets set by the team leader
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Previous telemarketing experience is preferred, but not essential
