Complaints Manager / Team Lead

A reputable and award winning employer is looking to add a Complaints Manager to its team in South West London. The role will join an existing customer service and complaints team focused on delivering the best in service to clients and customers.

Duties will include:

- Managing and coaching the complaints team

- Providing training to team members and other teams when required

- Support team with escalations 

- Work with senior stakeholders across the organisation to manage complex cases

- Identify service improvements

To be considered suitable for this Complaints Manager role you will need the following:

- Ability to commute to Twickenham/Teddington three days a week

- Previous experience in managing complaints team

- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage complex cases

- Strong CRM skills and ability to work with data to drive service improvement
