- Project Management – Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

- Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations across all sites.
- Strategic Input – Collaborate with estimating and commercial teams to develop winning project strategies.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience in budgets, cost control, and contracts (JCT, NEC, D&B).
- Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, or education projects (new build & refurbishment).
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
