My client is a highly regarded law firm, currently looking for an experienced residential conveyancer/ solicitor to join their Twickenham office.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold properties from initial instructions through to completion.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve title issues, conduct necessary searches, and ensure mortgage conditions are met.
  • Prepare contracts, review official documents, and ensure accurate post-completion work.
  • Utilize our case management system, handle client billing, and liaise with clients, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-2 years of fee-earning experience in residential property.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
  • Experience with transfers of equity, remortgages, bridging, new builds, shared ownership leases, and declarations of trust.
  • Proficiency with leasehold properties, corporate clients, buy-to-let, and portfolio owners.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive approach with commercial and financial awareness.
