Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class customer experience, demonstrating expert knowledge of the company's products.
- Manage customer service and operations processes effectively.
- Accurately log and maintain customer service cases using internal systems.
- Handle customer service and operations data with precision and attention to detail.
About You
- Experience:At least 1 year in customer service or customer experience roles, ideally within an e-commerce or retail setting. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data and systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
