About the Role:As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Helping with the planning and preparation of creative and educational activities that encourage early development.

Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.

Providing individual and group support to children, catering to their specific learning needs and helping them reach their full potential.

Assisting in observing and recording the progress of children and providing feedback to the teacher.

Promoting positive behavior and supporting children in building their confidence and independence.
What We Are Looking For:We are looking for a passionate individual who:

Has a love for working with young children and a commitment to supporting their development.

Holds relevant experience in an EYFS setting (desirable but not essential).

Has strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Holds a relevant qualification in early years education (Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential).
