An exciting opportunity awaits to join a leading company as a Mobile Service and Product Technician within their entry systems division. This role is perfect for someone with around 2 years of experience in a similar position, looking to advance their career and receive specialised product training. The role involves travel to customer sites throughout the UK and Europe.
Duties of the role include:
- Service and installation on-site, ensuring parts are installed according to specifications.
- Inspect installed cables to ensure proper fitting.
- Work with the operations team to identify necessary job components and proactively address project issues.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Develop and maintain work schedules and forecasts to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in training new team members on product installation.
- Provide emergency response as requested by customers.
Key attributes/skills and qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience of working within a similar role.
- At least 2 years of technical experience within security systems.
- Strong electrical and mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Customer focused attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe
- Manual competence and awareness of manual handling.
- Full driving license.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
