My client is a highly successful and established event management company who work in partnership with organisations to manage a range of events and conferences globally on their behalf. They have a great reputation in their field and clients who are well known blue chip brands.

They now have a great opportunity for someone to join their team in a varied events role working in a professional and supportive environment. The role will include the following:

  • Production of event start up administration: researching times and dates for events, looking at flight itineraries and visa requirements for face-to-face meetings
  • Preparation and build of event-specific excel spreadsheets/databases
  • Editing and content management of event registration websites
  • Mail-merging of invitations to send out to delegates
  • Liaison with delegates on logistical queries relating to their attendance, travel and accommodation
  • Receive, collate and process all responses
  • Joining weekly calls with clients to discuss the progress of the project and upcoming priorities
  • Supporting delegates with flight bookings, accommodation, transfers and visa requirements
  • Production of delgate materials such as agendas and name badges
  • Packaging and shipping event materials to event venue

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have great communication skills and some previous experience in administration or an office environment but excellent training and development are provided.
