Insure Recruitment is seeking an HNW Client Advisor to join a renowned company dedicated to exceptional client and employee care. As part of the private client broking team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored personal lines insurance solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a substantial portfolio of high-net-worth clients across various personal lines insurance classes.
  • Achieving targets for client retention, new business acquisition, and cross-selling.
  • Handling client inquiries efficiently, including new business, mid-term renewals, and retention, with a focus on superior customer service.
  • Managing policy renewals accurately and effectively.
  • Preparing professional reports and requesting necessary information from clients.
  • Supporting team members and contributing to the training of new team members.

Qualifications:

  • A strong technical understanding of personal lines products, with a preference for extensive experience in high-net-worth home and motor insurance.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with a willingness to seek guidance when needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • A positive attitude towards learning, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them accurately and diligently.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Effective, confident, and considerate communication, adapting your style to suit different audiences.
  • Intuitive thinking and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • CII certification or a commitment to pursuing it.
  • Minimum A-level education, with GCSE/O-level passes in English Language and Mathematics.
