The CDM Principal Designer Role

As the Principal Designer and CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance on design safety risks across the portfolio of projects in the pre-construction phase. You will be supported by a team of CDM and H&S Advisors within this role.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

NEBOSH Construction (required)
Tech IOSH (minimum)
APS membership (required)
Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a CDM role (required)
Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
