IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS - INSURANCE RENEWALS - START JANUARY 2025

We have immediate vacancies with an award winning and expanding insurance company based in the Twickenham area. Working as part of their Renewals team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, as you help them through the renewal process.

Role and responsibilities

  • Delivering great customer care in a warm, genuine and friendly manner
  • Prioritising and processing customer renewals based on renewal inception dates.
  • Taking inbound calls from customers and quoting them for their next 12-month renewal.
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers to chase outstanding renewals.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Delivering targets and working towards deadlines
  • The successful candidate must have a strong can-do mentality and be comfortable in a high pressure call centre environment

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Telephone experience of inbound and outbound calls
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Friendly, patient and helpful
  • Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience within motor insurance

Beneficial, but not essential:

  • CII qualification
  • Experience with Open GI software

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary £24,500 depending on experience.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, early or a late shift.

Early - 08:30 - 17:30

Late - 10:00 - 19:00

Every Third Saturday 09:00 - 15:00
