Are you a leader with a knack for investigative interviewing?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interview Supervisor to spearhead our visa and citizenship interview process. This pivotal role requires a blend of management prowess, ethical integrity, and sharp investigative skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee the interview process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and optimum results.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Interviewers and administrative staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve interview techniques and processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, enhancing our service delivery.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate logging, invoicing, and data management in compliance with GDPR.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and present regular performance data to senior management.

What You Bring:

  • Investigative Expertise: Proven experience in planning and conducting investigative interviews.
  • Leadership Experience: Mid-level management experience with a track record of meeting deadlines and handling high volumes of work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in investigations, intelligence analysis, OSINT methods, and other investigative tools.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and Judgment: A reputation for integrity, impartiality, and sound judgment.
  • Drive and Resilience: Energy and resilience to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Due Diligence Experience: Previous experience in due diligence is a plus.
