An excellent opportunity has arisen for a competent and professional Legal PA to join this highly reputable law firm based in stunning offices on the Thames near Richmond.

You will be supporting at Partner level within the Private Client practice area and will need to have experience working in this particular area of law.

Duties as follows:

  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings with clients
  • Updating clients on their respective cases in the absence of the Partner
  • To liaise with clients and fellow colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • To demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a sound work ethic
  • To proof read and format legal correspondence relating to Wills and Probate matters
  • To open, close and archive client files.
  • Audio typing
  • To draft client letters
  • To set up meeting rooms for client meetings.
