Commercial Insurance Client Advisor
Salary: DOE + performance bonus and great benefit package
Location: Twickenham (Hybrid role after qualifying period of six months)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45 - 17.00

If so, I have a genuinely exciting opportunity within my client’s commercial corporate, media and entertainment commercial insurance team based out of their offices in Twickenham.
You will be dealing with a broad spectrum of existing clients from a diverse sector of corporate, media and entertainment clients, managing an existing portfolio of business and assisting in new business opportunities.
You will already have a good technical understanding of commercial insurance products and ideally be CII qualified.
Responsibilities:
- Administering policies and liaising with insurers and clients.
- Manage renewals with accuracy and confidence.
- Provide a positive client experience.
- Placing policies and dealing with renewal queries.
- Generate new business and identify cross selling opportunities.
- Handle mid-term adjustments.
- Provide support to other members of the team.
- Maintain the internal database - Acturis.
- Obtain e-traded quotes and renewal terms.
- Reporting as required.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Good technical understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Ideally Cert CII qualified - or be happy to take the exams.
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good IT skills and adept at picking up new systems and processes.
