An immediate job opportunity is available for a Customer Insurance Advisor to start before Christmas 2024 or early January 2025.
The position offers a salary of £24,000 per annum and full training is provided along with excellent career development opportunities.
Candidates must have experience in the insurance industry, particularly with inbound and outbound calls, and should possess excellent communication skills.
The role requires a friendly, patient, and helpful team player with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, with early shifts from 08:30 to 17:30 and late shifts from 10:00 to 19:00, including every third Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.

Skills and experience required:

Experience in the insurance industry
Telephone experience of inbound and outbound calls
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Friendly, patient and helpful
Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience within motor insurance

Hours:

Monday to Friday, early or a late shift.

Early - 08:30 - 17:30

Late - 10:00 - 19:00

Every Third Saturday 09:00 - 15:00
