We have immediate vacancies with an expanding insurance company based in the Twickenham area.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in the insurance industry desirable but not essential
  • Telephone experience of inbound and outbound calls
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Friendly, patient and helpful
  • Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience within motor insurance
  • Experience of using OpenGI

Hours:

Monday to Friday, early or a late shift.

Early - 08:30 - 17:30

Late - 10:00 - 19:00

Every Third Saturday 09:00 - 15:00
