Immediate job opportunities are available for Insurance Advisors starting in early January 2025.
The salary range for this position is between £23,000 and £24,000, depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have prior experience in the insurance industry and telephone experience with inbound and outbound calls.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also necessary for this role.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday with shifts from 08:30 to 17:30 or 10:00 to 19:00, including every third Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.

Skills and experience required:

Experience in the insurance industry
Telephone experience of inbound and outbound calls
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Friendly, patient and helpful
Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience within motor insurance

Hours:

Monday to Friday, early or a late shift.

Early - 08:30 - 17:30

Late - 10:00 - 19:00

Every Third Saturday 09:00 - 15:00
