- Preparing and managing legal documentation for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and correspondence
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Maintaining and updating case files and managing deadlines effectively
- Managing schedules, appointments, and administrative tasks to support the conveyancing team
- Conducting property searches and liaising with external agencies as needed
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within conveyancing or property law
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
