Our client is a long-established practice, under strong management and offering a wide range of services to commercial and private clients in the local community. There is plenty of support and the offices are lovely, in a good location a short distance from the river.You will be joining a small, friendly team that occupies a desirable position in the market. You will be working very closely with a partner, with a varied mix of:
- Residential freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
- Lease extensions
- Remortgages
- Some commercial property too
You:
We are inviting applications from:
- Those with previous experience in conveyancing
- Paralegals, legal assistants, secretaries or similar
- Candidates who can show recent experience handling their own pre- and post-completion matters
- Those with at least 1 year’s conveyancing experience who live in or around southwest London and have the right to work in the UK
