£38,000 - £44,000 basic salary (+ £3k London Weighting) + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Door-to-Door pay + Tools + Flexible Start Times

The Company recruiting for the Field Service Engineer:

  • An established and well-known player in commercial washing in the HORECA and catering sector.
  • Established for over 70 years.
  • Join an existing service team of over 60 engineers.

The Role of Field Service Engineer:

  • Field based from home, covering a territory south London and in to Central.
  • Fault-finding and repairing a range single phase and 3 phase commercial washing equipment.
  • Conducting end-user training as well as installations when needed.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service and produce reports.
  • Mon - Fri 40 hours per week, plus a rota for 12 Saturdays and 4 Sundays per year.
    • Uncapped overtime and flexible start and end times.

The Candidate for the Field Service Engineer:

  • Experience with electrical fault-finding using a multi-meter.
  • Able to conduct electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Existing field service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without sponsorship

The Package for the Field Service Engineer:

  • £38,000 - £44,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • £3k London weighting
  • Flexible start and end times
  • Door-to-door pay
  • Overtime paid at 1.3x Mon-Fri, 1.5x Sat and 2x Sun (uncapped)
  • Company van with private use
