Some of the duties of the Product Co-ordinator include:
- Organising and leading pre-production sample review meetings with relevant internal teams
- Review and approve mass samples with suppliers according to the critical path
- Managing all feedback internally and with suppliers
- Checking product samples with technical team to ensure they are compliant and for any improvements to be made
- Assess and note any improvements for the current order or for future orders on product database
- Communicate sample arrival date to account managers for customer samples
- Ensure samples are available to create specification sheets
- Managed critical paths for 100+ SKUS in one season
- Experience working with overseas suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role working with product
- Have worked on Teams, (url removed), a salesforce platform
- Experience delivering sustainable products
- Ability to turn chaos into calm
