- Service and maintenance of various air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and communicate with the office team regarding remedial steps.
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call service on a rota basis, with overtime and door-to-door travel paid.
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Attend bi-weekly catch-up meetings at the office and manage paperwork and parts collection as needed.
- City & Guilds Level 2 and/or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 2079 Safe handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification.
- NICEIC 18th Edition preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Diplomatic and sensitive in managing client interactions.
- Proactive with a strong commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet time targets.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- On-call standby pay and overtime compensation.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days off during Christmas (taken from holiday allowance).
