Our fantastic client based in Twickenham are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join their team.

The Office Manager role is crucial to the smooth running of the company’s design and administrative processes and to ensure that the rest of the team has support to work efficiently.

Some experience as an Office Administrator and familiarity with Microsoft Office would be beneficial, but training will be given.

The role will involve:

  • Answering emails and telephone enquiries
  • Diary management and office scheduling
  • Inputting business / customer information into a bespoke IT system
  • Logging, evaluating, and distributing new customers leads
  • Researching new business opportunities.
  • Updating social media postings.
  • General office administration, e.g., ordering stationery, kitchen supplies, stamps, etc.

The successful candidate will:

  • Can be an entry level role but the candidate requires the ability to develop within the role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Confident speaking on the telephone and providing good customer service.
  • Process driven and able to use initiative when required.
  • Be a team player with the ability to manage the role independently.
  • Multi-tasker and able to handle pressure when the office is busy.
