Main Purpose:We are seeking an Arabic-speaking interviewer to join our enhanced Due Diligence team. You will be responsible for conducting face-to-face, video-recorded online screening interviews as part of a comprehensive investigation process. Your role will include reviewing reports, planning interviews, and accurately reporting findings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication and analytical skills who enjoys interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and plan interviews by reviewing and assessing due diligence reports. Identify any anomalies, queries, or potential threats that need follow-up during the interview process.
  • Organize and schedule interviews, including direct client liaison and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct video-recorded online interviews, thoroughly exploring areas of interest and ensuring concerns are resolved.
  • Accurately summarize and report interview findings, comparing gathered information with the original reports.
  • Support the Due Diligence process by conducting any additional inquiries as required.

Essential Skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic (native level) and strong written English.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, databases, and word processing.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Objective, impartial, and inquisitive mindset.
  • Excellent telephone manner and confidence in approaching people.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to present professionally.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand key information.
  • Willingness to engage in training programs to improve interviewing skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience conducting interviews via telephone, video, or face-to-face is a plus.
