Permanent

Twickenham - Public Transport routes and Free Parking!

Monday - Friday (3/4 day part-time also considered)

9am - 6pm (contracted hours for full time)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payroll for internal employees with a high level of accuracy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries and issues.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR and payroll regulations and best practises.
  • Collaborate with the Business Directors to implement and improve HR processes and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CIPD qualified desirable or equivalent experience in HR.
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Please Note: Due to the collabrative nature of our Client's business, they do like thier team to be officed based for their working hours. Our Client is open to flexibilty for part-time or full-time options.
