A Commercial Gas Engineer is required for our client, a successful M&E Contractor based in South West London. They provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 150 commercial properties across London and Home counties. These properties are a range of residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plantrooms, commercial office space, mixed-development buildings, schools, colleges, and nursing homes. They are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer, to work across London and Home counties.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have a level of experience in service repair and maintenance on commercial-sized boilers and heating appliances. The engineer will travel around various commercial sites, ranging from Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, offices ect

The Commercial Gas Engineer must have a valid in in-date ACS commercial ticket such as COCN1 or CODNCO1.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years plus experience working on commercial boilers and plant rooms

Commercial Gas Engineer Job Requirements

5-8 Years' minimum experience within the commercial gas industry
ACS Commercial qualifications such as COCN1 or CODNCO1
Based within commutable distance of Central London
Full UK Driving license

Commercial Gas Engineer Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary 55-60k depending on experience
Travel paid after 90 minutes daily at 1.5x
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Company van, fuel card & Extensive personal use
Overtime at 1.5 & double
Call out rota - 1 in 8 with 150 stand-by payment
