Collins Property Recruitment is working with a fast-growing, Estate Agency in the Richmond Borough. This dynamic Estate Agency has developed an amazing local reputation which has been built on trust and open communication, this has led the way to them becoming the go-to agent in the area. As they continue expanding, they seek a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their dedicated team. Ideally suited to someone with at least 6 months of Estate Agency experience. You will be responsible for connecting good quality tenants with landlords and negotiating new tenancy deals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Work alongside the Lettings Manager in promoting the business.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Promote available properties to prospective tenants via telephone, email, and face-to-face communications.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants in a professional manner.
  • Skilfully negotiate tenancy agreements with both parties.
  • Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant laws and regulations - full support and training will be provided.
  • Maintain and update the company database system.
  • Ad-hoc administration duties, including raising tenancy agreements and associated documents, requesting references, and obtaining relevant identification.
  • Passionate about providing first-class customer service and developing relationships with new and existing landlords.
  • Regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.

Required skill sets for Lettings Negotiator:

  • Ideally 6 months experience in Lettings or Estate Agency.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
